As a passionate advocate for fitness, health, and wellness, I bring over 10 years of experience in fitness training, personal training, and clinical /holistic nutrition to support individuals in their journey to reclaim strength, vitality, and confidence. My objective when training is to address the whole person to facilitate lasting and meaningful transformations and so I always tailor my training programs to meet the specific needs of each client, fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
